I love it! We’ve had an exciting journey so far and we’ve got great plans for the future. We have been blessed at Ocean Healthcare to have so may great people choosing to work with us. Something about me: I love my crazy family and enjoy hanging out with them and I spend a lot of time in all things rugby related when I’m not at work.

Banking and Cash Management, Credit Control, Management Accounts, and all accounts matters within the business. About me: I volunteer for 3 local charities within Torbay, supporting Children throughout the Bay, and further afield.
I work to ensure we provide high quality care our client expect. Part of this means I support and development our nurses as well as actively recruiting new members. I develop training and work with our care homes to ensure their needs are met. I have been a registered nurse since 1984 having completed my Paediatric Nursing at Great Ormond Street and my adult nursing at King Georges Hospital in Essex. I enjoy walking my two dogs in the lovely areas around Torbay.
and I look after the general day-to-day running of the bookings team. Customer service is at the heart of what we do at Ocean Healthcare & the best thing about my job is the great relationships I’ve built with the members & clients we work with.
About me: In my spare time, I do love to get my dancing shoes on every once in a while but you’ll most likely find me either on a beach or in a country pub with my French Bulldog!
I have been with Ocean Healthcare since September…
2017 & I am predominantly based in the Exeter office. I handle the bookings for the Key accounts within the business – there is never a dull moment! About me: I’m animal mad & I always have brightly coloured hair.
and have worked for Ken for over 10 years, the last 3 years at Ocean Healthcare. This is a really fast paced job in a very busy office & I love every minute of it. I really enjoy liaising with both clients & carers & being part of a great team. About me: I love my dog Milo & enjoy nothing more than getting together with my family for a walk on the moors & a pub lunch.
you’ll also find me at Exeter branch fairly regularly. I also get to visit our Head Office in Paignton regularly to work with the rest of our amazing Team. As well as all that I am also a Moving and Handling instructor for Ocean Healthcare and a Senior Carer, so I get to work with all are amazing clients and members as well. Random Fact: My hair colour is always changing – I’ve noted it makes Ken’s eye roll to the back of his head! I get called the North Devon Weirdo! in a loving way lol because of random stuff I come out with! And apart from spending time with my family and friends, I love all things crafty. 😊.
office and I work from both the Exeter and Paignton office and tend to travel a lot with my role. I enjoy the fast pace and the team are fantastic. I have been working in the Health & Social Care sector for over 20 years and am passionate about good care and communication. Random fact: I love live music and letting my hair down. My home is as crazy as I am and I have an indoor and outdoor bar, which is packed with music memorabilia. I am animal bonkers and would love to live somewhere rural and have lots of pet waif and strays. I would probably still have to have my bar though!
I’m the Recruiter for the Exeter Branch. My dream job has always been to work within recruitment, this completely appealed to me after my experience with the Ambulance Service. I moved to Devon after finishing my Biology Degree in my home town Manchester. I now live happily in Exeter with my partner… I’m a typical northerner and love a strong brew!

I have worked for Ocean Healthcare since December…
Devon office. I joined Ocean Healthcare in July 2019 and do a little bit of everything! My main responsibilities include recruiting new members to join our incredible team of carers and nurses, along with assisting with bookings, making sure everyone is up to date with their training and managing everything in the office day to day. I love working so closely with the Ocean Healthcare team and all of our members. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time exploring the gorgeous countryside and coastline around North Devon.
I joined Ocean Healthcare as a Booking Coordinator…
Ocean Healthcare and wife to Ken Rudge. I have been on a journey with Ken through life and business since we met in 1993. We have always worked together whilst raising 2 wonderful kids who are now teenagers. I mainly work in the Ocean Accounts Department and HR Department in a supporting admin role. I also make a great cuppa tea and serve cheeky snacks to keep everybody’s energy up whilst they work so hard in the office ! In my free time I love to be by the sea and outdoor swimming is a passion of mine. I love walking with our dog in beautiful parts of Devon.
the busy accounts and payroll team. It’s a lovely place to work with some wonderful people. I love to get out and about in the fresh air and can often be found dragging the family and dog along the South West Coastal Path, with a mission to complete it all one day….!
I am a Senior Healthcare Assistant and Training Supervisor. I spend my time coordinating, developing and delivering training sessions for our members. I think the fact I work as a care assistant as well as trainer is important, it ensures the training I deliver is relevant and up to date. Fun fact: I like to go on mini adventures with my family; we hike, canoe and camp as often as we can!
