Day and night shifts available
Shifts are available throughout the week. We will work with you to match your availability to the individuals we are supporting.
Pay rates range from £14.24 to £18.79 per hour.

You will be supporting children and adults with a range of complex care and health needs, working closely with families and our nurse-led clinical team to provide safe, consistent and person-centred care.

Every package is different. We will always talk you through what support looks like before you start, so you have a clear understanding of the role.
You’ll be fully prepared for your role with face-to-face training delivered by our nurse-led team and specialist trainers. Training is tailored to the individuals you’ll be supporting, so you feel confident, supported and clinically safe from day one.
Ongoing support and development are part of how we work - you’re never left to figure things out on your own.

We offer a mix of shift patterns to suit different availability - including shorter day shifts, long days, nights and weekends.
You’ll never be out there on your own. Our clinical team will make sure you’re trained, prepared, and supported - before you start and as you go.
Never unsupported. You’ll often work one-to-one in the home, but you’ll always have guidance from our clinical team, clear care plans and a team that checks in with you regularly.
Absolutely. If you’ve got solid care or support experience, we can train you in any additional areas you need - including working with children or managing behaviours that challenge.
